Just a few feet off the square in downtown Elberton, this former Sinclair gas station now houses Elbert County's chamber of commerce and development authority. The project was assisted with a $90,000 Georgia Cities Foundation loan through the Elberton Downtown Development Authority.

Most of the historic features of the Mission-styled gas station were preserved. The former service bays have infill walls designed to look like overhead doors.
