Icehouse Lofts, MadisonHome | Downtown Success | Lofts | Madison Eight unique residences, offices, and a restaurant now occupy a formerly vacant and rundown warehouse hard beside the railroad tracks in Madison. The 30,000 square-foot utilitarian building did not hold much promise in most eyes, but Madison developers Dan Lowring and Mike Hutchins saw the potential. It's now a place that has been described as "fun, cool and dripping with style."
