Although not a Better Hometown or Main Street city, Kingsland has worked closely with DCA's Office of Downtown Development through its participation in the Georgia Signature Communities Program. A major achievement in recent years has been the rehabilitation of the 1930 Camden Hotel for reuse as City Hall.
